Job Description
About the Position:
Responsible for implementing and managing patient safety and employee/occupational health initiatives designed to protect the health and safety of all Riverwood Healthcare Center (RHCC) team members; and promote a continuous culture of safety across the organization. This position will develop and deploy efficient, data driven safety training programs that meet regulatory compliance and reduce organizational risk while advocating for practices and procedures that protect providers, patients, and the public.
Responsible for RHCC Employee Health requirements and programs, working closely with administration to address occupational health issues as they arise.
