This role plays a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly, align with our brand standards, and create memorable experiences for clients, partners, and team members.Responsibilities:Assist in the coordination, setup, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, community outreach activities, and promotional campaignsMaintain communication with vendors, venues, and internal departmentsPrepare event materials and manage logistics such as catering, transportation, and equipmentEnsure event timelines and budgets are followedProvide on-site support during events, including setup, guest assistance, and teardownTrack attendance, gather feedback, and compile post-event reportsMaintain inventory of event supplies and promotional itemsQualificationsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative supportStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and event planning toolsAvailability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as neededAdditional InformationCompetitive annual salary ($52,000 - $57,000)Professional development and growth opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysSupportive team environmentOpportunities to contribute to high-impact community events
