What You’ll Do Develop new prospects and engage existing growers to increase agricultural input sales, meeting and exceeding sales goals and profit margin objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction with product delivery and quality. Implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products. Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe solutions; resolve adverse product outcomes. Conduct initial credit reviews to assess risk and provide information to the Credit Manager for credit limit decisions. Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers. Perform other assigned duties as required. What You’ll Bring University degree preferred; otherwise 5+ years of agricultural experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with standard agricultural practices and chemical applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Sales experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Estimated salary range for this role in Hoopeston, IL is $47,000 – $90,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
